StringWerx is owned and operated by Matthew West. Matthew is a guitarist and teacher in Columbus, Ohio. He has earned a Bachelor’s in Music from The University of Rio Grande, and a Master’s in Education from Concordia University. Matthew currently teaches at Valor Christian College and is also a Band Director, Choir Director, and General Music Teacher. Matthew has been teaching and performing around Columbus, Ohio and the entire East Coast for the last 10 years. Matthew strives to create an educational environment through video instruction that helps all students learn to enjoy the amazing world of music.
